[1 to 9] - Select Item [Click] - Place or Mine

[WASD] - Move / Jump [E] - Open/Close Inventory

[E+hover] - Open / Close Chest, Crafting Table, Door

[Space] - Drop single tile from a stack while dragging.

[F] - Eat food [N] - Label a sign or chest

[Q] - Drop item [P] - Pause / Unpause

[T or /] - Talk / Command [O] - Save your game

[M] - Music / Sounds

additional mod controls

[scroll with your mouse] to switch hotbar slots

[C] to "zoom" (look father in the direction you're facing)

[J] to toggle Xray if you're in creative mode

[G or P] to close/open the in game menu/pause screen

[I or #] to toggle the debug screen 

[R & E] to force open your inventory

[- & P] to pause without the menu

[%] to toggle gamemodes

[$] to toggle spectator mode

[K] to toggle hotbar scrolling

(with it off you can use the arrow keys to move around)
